Front of house professionals – various positions

We are looking for talented front of house team members who have a passion for delivering an exceptional guest experience and a desire to learn and grow within our team.

As a member of the front of house team, you will be expected to provide the highest levels of service to all guests at all times as well as to support the Restaurant Director and senior management within the restaurant and the chefs within the kitchen to ensure seamless service at all times.

The ideal applicant will have:

  • Be an active hands-on person with a passion to work hard as part of a team
  • Have high standards and a great work ethic
  • Show willingness to learn new skills, be an active team player with excellent communication skills
  • Have good timekeeping skills and be reliable

We are looking for a talented Sommelier who has a passion for wine and for delivering an exceptional guest experience.

Attention to detail will be crucial to ensure consistency and provide the highest levels of service to all guests at all times. Responsibilities will include support the Sommelier team with all aspects of the wine service in the restaurant.

The ideal Sommelier will have:

  • Previous experience in a similar role within a fine dining restaurant in a luxury establishment or within a Michelin starred restaurant
  • Previous customer experience and ability to work effectively under pressure
  • Good knowledge of world wines
  • Comfortable with high profile guest and wine connoisseurs
  • Must hold WSET level 3, Court of master of Sommeliers certified or equivalent
  • Excellent command of the English language, a second language would be an advantage
