Working in our service team headed up by Rob Rose, Master of Culinary Arts, you will be preparing the restaurant for service, organising the kitchen area and assisting in the smooth running of the service on a daily basis. As an integral part of the Core family your duties will be varied and there are plenty of opportunities to learn and grow. We are a close-knit team and try to promote from within, meaning there are always promotion opportunities for loyal team members.
