We are looking for a talented Head Bartender who has a passion for drinks and for delivering an exceptional guest experience.
Attention to detail will be crucial to ensure consistency and provide the highest levels of service to all guests at all times. Responsibilities will include support the team with all aspects of the service in the restaurant.
The ideal Head Bartender will have:
- Previous experience in a similar role within a fine dining restaurant in a luxury establishment or within a Michelin starred restaurant
- Previous customer experience and ability to work effectively under pressure
- Good knowledge of spirits
- Comfortable with high profile guest and wine/drink connoisseurs
- Excellent command of the English language, a second language would be an advantage
