We are looking for an experienced and talented Receptionist who has a passion for delivering an exceptional guest experience.
As a Receptionist, you will be expected to have an understanding of what is required to provide excellent customer service. Attention to detail will be crucial to ensure consistency and provide the highest levels of service to all guests at all times. Responsibilities will include greeting guests, managing the cloakroom, dealing with emails and reservations and answering the telephone.
The ideal Receptionist will have:
- Previous experience in a similar role within a fine dining restaurant in a luxury establishment or within a Michelin-starred restaurant
- Excellent command of the English language, a second language, would be an advantage.
- A warm and friendly, hospitable manner
