We are looking for a talented Reservationist who has a passion for delivering exceptional work and a desire to learn and grow within our team.
You will assist with managing all phone and email restaurant bookings and enquiries. An excellent telephone manner is absolutely essential.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferable, along with an understanding of the Open Table reservation system and Microsoft Office
- To effectively manage reservations, maximise covers of the restaurant during service
- Welcoming, friendly and engaging personality
- The ability to work under pressure with excellent attention to detail and communication skills
- To be able to juggle face-to-face, telephone and email enquiries in a polite and professional manner
- Strong command of the English language and excellent written skills
